This is a modern urban dwelling shared by contemporary women and mothers. The design focus is to harmonize the lifestyles of two generations while maintaining their respective independence.

In the design, woodwork is used to integrate the TV wall and bathroom sliding door into the same plane, allowing the foyer, dining area, and living room to extend seamlessly and enhancing the visual depth of the interior. Different types of lighting, in dots and lines, define the boundaries of areas, add atmospheric layers, and create interconnected activity scenes.

Apart from subtly defining areas with concealed lighting, explicit design features include material variations. A large amount of dark wood grain and gray-painted walls present a calm and tranquil atmosphere, while the texture contrast between stone and special paint enriches the spatial expression. Hidden accessible handrails and motion-sensor floor lights cater to the movements of an elderly mother, and thoughtful details in various parts add both personality and functionality, stacking up to create a home rich in emotional warmth.
